Just wondering..wheres the center of gravity, for the weight of the engine transfer to? the design is very cool, but as builders of v8 trikes, we pay the most attention to weight transfer. This is using a iron block 8 in it, the weight there is significant and has to have distribution, OR something, ie: front end, fork stem, fork stem bolt, has a great deal of stress. Remember a v8 can, and does tear a motor mount right out, just from torque. anyway the trike is very cool!... CCCF
Mr Hotrod, how about an update on your unique trike. I came up with a similar idea about 6 years ago only I wanted to hide the motor by having the sidecar closer to the motorcycle frame and put a faux motor in the bike frame. goodwork by the way

What I'd do with it is put all the controls into the sidecar and tie a dressed up shop mannequin on the bike!
Imagine getting pulled over and the cop trying to talk to the dummy :o)
