FF7 makes you feel gulity. Maybe if you wern't busy trying to stab Aries Septh wouldn't have gotten the drop on you. She'd still be alive dammit *fist shake*
Yep, Sims2 makes me feel guilty for losing entire weekends to it, but somehow it's still fulfilling to build stuff. Guild Wars makes me guilty for playing or not playing, but the title guilt is the worst of all. Who could possibly finish all that crap in a lifetime? The more I think about it, the less I want to play.
I play world of warcraft but...you obviously never played Pikmin. Its not like lemmings, its just impossible to enjoy the little guys death and, no matter how great you are, some of them are gonna die.
It make you especially guilty in the second game where you arent making them die for your survival but making them die for profit...and those poor little buggers still love you.
And by the way, about WoW...I really dont see why it should make you guilty. Maybe its because I'm a casual player who never was in any guild (which means nobody was counting on me to help them) but honestly, I just play sometimes and its fun but not really as addictive as everyone says, at least not for me.
The thing with nintendogs is that if you take a break, the dog starts dying of starvation and thirst and gets really dirty, which makes you feel really guilty.
What about Tamagotchi? Those caused me more guilt than anything else I've ever played. I don't know how I pried that thing away long enough to never go back.

Wow, that was not funny. You just listed a bunch of games and claimed what is obviously false guilt based on considering characters in video games to be real. Without truth, you cannot have comedy. The Berkeley joke was kind of lame too. Damn.
I think that in some levels in Lemmings or its sequels, you are actually expected to kill some of them in order to get the rest through to the end... but true - one of the great mass murder games of the early windows age...
You know whats worse, having not played it for six months then coming back and realizing how much more gear, gold, and all that crap you missed out on. Having your noob ass friends who stayed be better geared and have more gold then you. Thats worse.
a bunch of ungrateful freaks? Berkeley must be a lot like Boulder Colorado.
