No its not a turbo... just the front crank balancer...where the fan would normally be...

It's a Samurai here in the states or maybe a SJ413 by the grill. Not much Suzuki left there though. Still BAD ASS!!!!

sj410 has vertical slots cut into the body steel as a grill, the 413 has a grill insert..
