  • another good workout is doing pushups like 20 19 18 17 16 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 the last six are hardest. it adds up to 210 pushups. i do em every day

  • yes and also water helps alot drink 2 litres a day or 8 - 12 glasses and you will losing weight

  • Yeah don't do to many handstand pushups cause I did like 60 in a day and couldn't do anything except sit-ups and leg junk for several months so yeah take it slow guys.

  • Crunches work your muscles roughly 2.5 times as hard as sit-ups, depending on your weight. The more you weigh, the more the crunches work better than sit-ups.

    You advise sit-ups instead of crunches? I've often heard how detrimental sit-ups can be and to do crunches as a safer alternative (and I've found that the case in my personal experience).

    I should do more push-ups. I normally use free-weights...

  • yer did 100 sit ups in 1.58seconds but with had tostop in the middle for 10 seconds 10 seconds counted in the time does it still count?

  • Diamonds are for upper triceps, and push ups with hands more separately are for chest. The rest is cool ;)

  • one thing i hate about doing push ups/sit ups at home is that i always do my worst because i have a choice whether or not to do it unlike pe where im graded on it, like when i run at home i suck ass but when i run at pe i get 5 minute miles

  • yo not only those but press ups help u with upper body balance, press ups are centeered in ur chest not shoulder width apart

  • man i had surgury on my tailbone because of a pilonidal cyst 8 weeks ago so i cant really do lower body excersizes which i really only did i got some body flab not alot but ever since i was little i always wanted some tight awesome abs the ones teh ladies like ;) XD so im going to try these do you guys know anything that could help me be commited to doing this? because whenever i try something like this i never really put to much effort if you can tell me TY!!

  • its bad for your lower back if theres something already wrong with it, ex: i hurt my back trying to lift something heavey and its was getting better until i started doing situps, it really hurt after that.

  • have 3 bad disks and the doctors says it is fine to do them and my back has gotten better as I get my strenght up.

  • When you do hip push ups (which are at 2:49) you want to do them with a closed fist and an open hand because you have a chance to hyper extend your arm with a open hand.

  • you can achieve everything you want if you really want to... there wasnt anyone in my home town either and i tried it ^^

  • If you want to do flips so bad, you don't have to have someone teach you how to do it. That's what these guys are for. Follow their tutorials and you will do a flip at first attempt. :)

  • I know, but my Mom was a gymnast, and she nearly killed herself trying to do a back handspring after a year of no activity. She pulled her stomach muscles pretty bad.

    And, I want to be able to do it in a safe place, you know, like in a gymnasium with mats and foam "pools"

    I'm just worried about safety is all.
