  • i clicked for the car

  • This was one of the first vids I saw when getting into light painting.. Thanks for being inspiring! I'd love some feedback on my vid on my channel!

  • @luke666808g If the artist is moving it wont capture him. They draw reaalllyyy slow but move like normal.

  • @evanisapirate lol you dont get it. 2:46 is in water

  • The UFO and alien one is really cool. I like how the figures seem to be on separate planes.

  • How much time of exposure????Very good work...Inspiring...

  • @neagaritrance as long as you need to take the photo, if your trying something that will take a long time to paint with the light, try bulb mode

  • what program do they use to make this?

  • @Jgbo25

its called going outside and making arts instead of programs.

  • @Jgbo25 LOL! Program? Hah!

  • Good job.

Looks like WAY too much fun!

    Keep it up.

  • how do you keep yourselves out of the shot?

  • @markquimby82 it just happens. As long as you're moving around a lot

  • hey dicks it says first animation give the guy a break. good start fella, just havin a go myself. plenty of tutorial on here to go by. enjoy it, it beats sittin on your ass critisizing people and watchin soaps.

  • bakker :D kicsi a youtube :D Dublinbol irok :) a zenebol kihallottam a magyar dallamokat es a leiras ezt igazolta is. Grat sracok! Nagyon jo kepek lettek!

  • wow these are pretty cool, i love experimennting with this photography technique. I was on a cruise in Sydney at night time once and i got the most amazing light trail :)

I'm not sure if my camera can do this or not. Whenever I do a really long exposure, the picture always comes out blurry... and I have a tripod (haromlabu) too. It doesn't even support exposures longer than 15 seconds. Milyen kamerat hasznal?

  • én ma kezdtem el fénzrajzolni de még gyenge.. lassan csak belejövök. grat, jó munkát végeztek...

  • 1:40 the best pic man thats awsome

  • lightpainting.ubf.pl

  • jóó

  • awesome video

  • Sweet Work!

  • dude sick vid ridicklles beat

  • I can't figure out how the artist avoids being in the picture, especially at 2:46

  • @luke666808g You and me both.. That picture at 2:46 looks to be at a depth that puts it over the water.. yet theres next to no ripples and... no artist.... Weird.., wicked but weird lol

  • @LBLProductions maybe it's got something to do with the exposure time, like the camera actually does catch the artist and the ripples, but more light is collecting on the film from when they aren't there and gets covered up or something, the light graffiti remains because it's bright and makes a permanent mark on the film.

  • @LBLProductions mess around with your settings a bunch. i never used to know untill alot of practice. now i can get great photos in relatively bright light withought showing up :P.

  • @luke666808g if you go quick enough.. you merge into the pic

  • @luke666808g The longer you exposure, the less moving objects will be seen. EXEPT your moving object is lighened.

  • @luke666808g If the artist moves too slow or have light shown onto them, they will show up. The key to not being in the photo is to move fast! (Also, wearing ALL BLACK keeps your clothes from reflecting light.)

  • @LanceDotJpeg has*

  • @luke666808g well that's because you do not understand photography.

  • @FIGHTTHECABLE

    me: I don't understand.

you: that's because you don't understand

wow thanks for the detailed explanation Einstein.

I get it now anyway, other people on here explained it to me.

  • @luke666808g Good. I didn't see that they explained it to you. I do very well understand. :P

Make Night phoography myself and light paint a bit. I don't think this video is very good. My friend paints way better. I suck at it. But i set the right lighting.

  • @luke666808g photography* and do you see the water on the edge of the pond / fountain? ^^ They should of thought of that when they shot the picture.

  • how did you do that???!!

  • eZ Az

  • Simply amazing! i wanna tag like that

  • how slow is ur shutter speed?

  • @jordee1200 probably Bulb

  • Ez awesome...:)

  • great work gyuys

  • this is aweessooomeee

  • does planning the depth and character of the figures imply 4-d thinking? Some really look dope for the depth, feel like you could fall into it.

  • Awesome, I love the sparklers.

  • Great work!!!

  • how does this even work?

  • a long exposure time on a camera. so basically the camera does not refresh where it has been exerted light and so maintains an image that you can later check on playback.

  • cool! i saw really nice stuff! keep doing it :)

  • beautiful work!

  • howw

  • most i can get out of my digital camera is 16 seconds... And im too cheap for DSLR :P

  • google it lol. noob

  • much respect, some really good ones here espsically the car at the end!

and yeah, you can't really do this with tutorials, u just gotta get out there and experiment!

  • @mjh158 that is sooooo not true just look up how to make graffiti light

  • i kno how to make light graffiti, do it all the time, best way to learn is by just tryin stuff out

  • Yeah sure you can copy everything someone else does, or you can experiment with things and adjust anything to you liking.

  • wow It`s so good man, I like It so much and It in`t so dificult to Do, if you are a good photograper you will be able to do whatever you want, Man I like It so much, good job and very good ideas you took....

  • how long did you set the exposure for?

  • I'm not sure how long he actually set it for in this photo but if you have a bulb setting on your camera, you can keep the shutter open for days if you wanted to. Basically they opened the shutter, drew what they wanted, and then closed it. Exposure time isn't an issue here.
