2 layers of cardboard what a catastrophe, im disgusted not with sainsburys but with u , u made a sad 3 minit video of a cheese cake u pair of fools get a life and stop waisting peoples time moaning a =bout a dumb cheese cake what a pair of idiots
@asbokid100 They got more fun out of doing this than the value of the cheesecake, and so did most of the people who watched it. I'll bet quite a few people are thinking about eating cheesecake right now, so maybe Sainsburys didn't lose out either.
it looks fucking delish. perhaps you should have a go at smearing it in your arsecrake and then licking it out. did hear a bird in the background, funny though i didnt hear her bitching about the cake
LOL.. thanks for sharing. Great laughs.. great attitude you guys have! If only more people were like you two... sigh. I hope it tasted alright.. considering circumstances, I mean.
Heh old video, but this was in fact a manufacturing error with only a small batch of this product. Your action should have been to take it in store, we'd give you a refund :P
5 star and favourited!!! very funny. you must have been gutted - just one question though - how exactly does the cheesecake fit into the weight lose plan???
it doesn't - and you're not the first person to mention it! perhaps it was some kind of divine judgement that it was ruined with additional cardboard layers!
But was the cardboard base better to eat than the biscuit base? Less sugar, less salt - maybe Mr Sainsbury is giving you the healthy alternative, but for the diehard sugar addicts, the biscuit base is still provided? This maybe in fact a product in development which was available to you at no extra charge!
the cardboard rendered normal cutting techniques useless - very disconcerting for the knife wielder! we didn't try to consume the cardboard, it's being kept as evidence. perhaps sainsbury's will be able to shead a little light on just what exactly was going on with our cheesecake!
Interesting -- I don't recall seeing a cheesecake from NY with a biscuit under it -- but I'm sure if it says New York Cheesecake, it must be authentic (cough, cough).
This Saturday, boys, I hope to have the pleasure of indulging in a slice of a real New York Cheescake handmade by a local friend who grew up on Long Island (Lun-Guyland) New York.
Perhaps I'll send you pictures, but I assure you -- there will be no cardboard. :-)
You want cruel? My wonderful cheesecake baker got the stomach flu and NEVER CAME. Not that I'd have eaten her cheesecake if she did arrive, what with the way the family had been (ahem) behaving.
i think u need to lay off the cake chap

Sainbury's was shut and we 'needed' cheesecake! But, yeah, I certainly wouldn't say no to a refund!

you're so cruel! ;)
the only 'real' thing about our cheesecake was it was 'real' badly messed up by a shameful lack of quality control!
(do send pictures - or post a video!)

"cardboard filling" haha way too funny. That's kind of weird how they layered that!

it was kinda funny - but it did ruin a perfectly good cheesecake! it must have been some serious manufacturing malfunction.
