i think u would have better results with power endurance if u stuck with plyo circuits than the bar....the light weight makes it hard to hit the muslces u want to work on and the plyos would be a more sport specific movement to ur sport....art...w/e

When you "rack the bar at the top of the movement you have to hold it there. I dont think you're doing it right. I played football for 4 years and never saw a clean like that. The guy calling you gay is overreacting to the music in the video/the video's production.

This an effort to create a more oxygen intensive exercise. Yea, I don't know why people get all worked up about other people's exercise experiments, as there's only one correct way to train! umm ur doing it wrong, when u clean like that u gotta put ur bak straight and in a squat position than thrust up like u do but than put ur elbows under the bar wen ur fully up and than squat down....

It is the same motion as a hang clean. As I noted in the description, you may also opt for a full clean if you prefer (i.e. hang clean or power clean). Have fun with it and be safe, good luck!
Yea, it's unorthodox but look at how exercise and training belief systems have changed over the last few decades. Some exercises of the past are discouraged today. And exercises of today will likely be frowned upon in the future. Just try different things and be safe!

look down when you squat and make sure the driving motion is through the butt upwards and not the back or anything else.
