  • Very bad techniques! Need to learn proper techniques especially when doing olympic type lifts. Injury... coming soon. Take some protein too!

  • i think u would have better results with power endurance if u stuck with plyo circuits than the bar....the light weight makes it hard to hit the muslces u want to work on and the plyos would be a more sport specific movement to ur sport....art...w/e

  • When you "rack the bar at the top of the movement you have to hold it there. I dont think you're doing it right. I played football for 4 years and never saw a clean like that. The guy calling you gay is overreacting to the music in the video/the video's production.

  • @somethingcl3v3r Your correct, this is definitely not a standard nor proper "clean". I just wanted to cut the movement short and experiment with trying to constantly move. This an effort to create a more oxygen intensive exercise. Yea, I don't know why people get all worked up about other people's exercise experiments, as there's only one correct way to train! As long as it is safe, why not try different things? Thanks for your comment.

  • umm ur doing it wrong, when u clean like that u gotta put ur bak straight and in a squat position than thrust up like u do but than put ur elbows under the bar wen ur fully up and than squat down....

  • It is the same motion as a hang clean. As I noted in the description, you may also opt for a full clean if you prefer (i.e. hang clean or power clean). Have fun with it and be safe, good luck!

  • I bet you can't do it. try doing Hindu Squat using your own body weight and see how tired you will get.

  • Yea, it's unorthodox but look at how exercise and training belief systems have changed over the last few decades. Some exercises of the past are discouraged today. And exercises of today will likely be frowned upon in the future. Just try different things and be safe!

  • I'm hopping up. Not a full jumping motion and I'm not focusing on jumping. The hop is like carry over or follow through from the hanging clean motion. Be safe and good luck!
