the reason jcb are shit in america is because jcb dont produce as hight spec machines for usa as the do for europe, a euorpe machine will piss all over that there, just watch some videos on youtube of jcb 4cx and 3cx's you dont see any other make working in this country.

Well I've never run a JCB backhoe but I've had a fair bit of seat time in a 436farmaster loading shovel on a silage clamp and a 7250 fastrac and they were both fantastic machines. Built to a high standard with what appeared to be good quality materials.

JCB is junk. used one for about 2 weeks called the guys back out to get rid of it and bring in a JD 410G and never had anymore problems

@hawker800FO I've had some seat time on a 2000 JCB 214E 4x4 and its really not that good of a machine. Cheap and not a lot of power. On the other hand I've also had some seat time on a JCB 406 Wheel loader and its a great machine, really smooth and has a lot of power. Must depend on the machine they make. But I've also ran Robot 180 track loader and it was also very under powered.

@toxysalt11 I've had some seat time on one, cheap made and underpowered. I never ran any other backhoes so I'd have to try them all but from what I've heard Case or Deere is the way to go.

@WillieWonka928D ohh well thats sad here in europe jcb is ok but not the best thing id say volvo's backhoes are even better .my favorite is huddig 960 but you dont now it couse we in sweden only got it :( u should check it out its awsome ;P
