With a scissors turn you step around the ball from the inside, from the side closer to you and you kick it away with the outside of the opposite foot. With the STEP OVER you step around the ball from the outside, from the side farther away from you and then kick it away with the same leg you stepped around the ball with. Get your soccer right idiots, most of you don't know anything.
