Intel HD Graphics 2000 which supports shaders and openGL specs for the games(read battlefront forums)have directx 11 installed all the latest drivers

i3 2120 3.2 Gh with 4 GB of RAM

there is only a coupple of things holding me from getting this game one is that i heard that there are lots of glitches. and the other thing is i got the demo for this game and when ever someone dies in the game it pauses the game showes you who dies and looses your spot it is VERY ANOYING does it do this in the real game. please reply and tell me the trueth

This is a very good game. I just bought it off the shelf for £15 which is excelent value as it has very simple map/battle creator + aditional more complex editor. You will need to be a bit patient to get into it but it's worth the effort. You will also need a fast pc...although mine is dated, i just droped some of the effects and it runs smooth. Very realistic.

@Skott62 indeed d enemy is shooting from far distance that they can see my troops coming... but my ger troops all take cover only the tanks are shooting back...

but now i am more to men of war much more realistic battle....

i don't even own this game(i so dearly want 2 ) but i agree, i would love to see SS units or some kind of German commandos in general but from what ive gathered from basic knowledge of these games is that they r all based(quite detailed) on actual events, therefore all the command structure/ available units r accurate 2 what actually existed in the specific battle that your fighting in single player, though i guess there would b room 4 multi. :D

i recently bought this game over internet from russian online shop. it costed roughly 10$. I've been playin ToW and this one is a real improvement. It took some time gettin used to it. But this game is truly worth the money for those who like ToW. I found ToW2 afrika too borin because of maps and crappy tanks. This one was my happy buy! The battles are much more intense than this video. And dont forget to have a good PC. it's resource heavy becauz of a lot of calculations going. I love this game

I didnt realize u were playin demo. Russian full version is out and purchasable over russian 1C online shop. Problem is u need to register first, the game is all in russian, so is the site. maybe it's worth waitin till eng version comes out. But I can give link.

My PC is AMD phenom2 quad 3.4 GHz. Nvidia GTX 260, 8Gb of RAM, and is 64 bit XP. It's pretty fast, but even in game gets slow sometimes when battle is big. Like I said before- this game does a lot of math operations- hence realism.

As far as SS units- I havent played german side yet. But this game is all about details- so Im sure whatever was happenin during Kursk in real battle- u'd see it here. Also nice feature I find in this version is ballistic report- press F4 or F5 and u can see all the hits and angles, richochets, and tons of information. Compared to ToW 1 it takes a lot more to destroy a tank. Aiming takes more time and is more realistic- no more easy turret disable. Anyway, it's worth for those who love realism.

ya as far as i understand that history battle of kursk or citadel.. many SS panzers battlion take part in this campaign.. but they lost in huge numbers due to lag & engine problms on panzers tanks!... tiger & panthers not good for close range combat coz thier turret turns slow..T34,KV1 kick their ass very easily!... i dont think wehrmacht take part on dis battle...

only battle of babarossa wehrmacht invovle...

definitelyI will post a vid very soon. Kursk battle was the biggest tank battle ever. Most of it was won because Russians prepared very well for this battle. Also, morale was different on the russian side than before. Many people saw what SS did to many people and they knew surrender was not an option. In some respects German tanks were tougher, but Russian tanks made up for a lot of deficiencies in numbers. Also, many AT guns played a big role in this battle, which russians knew how to conceal
