It's definitely just Julia singing the melody and the harmony. In fact, it's almost always exclusively Julia, the only exceptions I can think of are the covers of "It's the End of the World as We Know It", "Build Me Up Buttercup" where here friends emerge to briefly help with some background, and on her original track Sugar Coats.
