I used them for years and I seen first hand the dirty tricks they do. They scammed me many times. The list is to long to tell it here but their newest one is letting buyers keep items and refunds their money so the seller has nothing. They also broke rules in my favor to keep me as a customer since I sold lots of stuff using them. Shame on them!

Los Angeles Superior Court Judges are excpting bribes. California judges are employee's of the State not the County. The County is currently giving them $57,688.00 per yr per judge in addition to the pay and benefits they receive from the State. After being exposed for the bribes (Sturgeon v Los Angeles County) the judges paid a lobbyist to pass SBX211 granting the retro active imunity from prosecution. SBX211 does not address the loss of due proccess.

Long ago, when I visited the help forum on eBay, I quickly suspected that despite their claims, that the people responding were employees. It was obvious.

I told them it was and I got banned.

Today, they turned me over to collection without ever sending a bill !!!

ebaY made all those hijackings work to their advantage. I've had a LOT of cmments from people whom were downright STRONGARMED by eb, rx'd collections in less than 30 days for invoices eb KNEW FULL WELL were fraud/hijacked accounts.

As far as shills on their forums & elsewhere, it's no longer supposition. That is ebaY's SOP. Their corporate communications officer got caught dead in the rights harassing bloggers w a fake name.

ya ebay jsut refunded a customer that still has my item. All my sales were stated final. Ebay still refunded them even though i took all the proper actions in giving the buyer exact item they ordered. I am leaving ebay...

Reprts frm Jan '08 are they made 10 million bucks/Q interest from held funds - BEFORE they came out w paperless payments & 21 day holds.

ebay lost 37% of their traffic since 2007, so they are in real decline & sure to evacuate folks faster now that they have turned rogue scammer in earnest

Ebay & PayPal will go to extreme lengths to refund dishonest buyers. I would use another service but they are like a monopoly, no competition. Selling my favorite possessions to feed my family while laid off the last 14 months with 100% positive on 203 sales they side with the buyer on very first dispute. I pray for tragedy to all their family's (effen scumbags) Im a 100% honest Christian single father forced to sell my sons older toys to put new ones under the tree this year.

I totally agree with your findings, I lost out over $90 because ebay took the side of a customer who stated I mailed to wrong address, when ebay told me what address to mail it too, how can i be at fault, only the postcode was out and if it was not delivered it would have been returned to me, Now my none lethal weapon holsters have been removed and yet they allow lethal weapon holster to be sold, is this victimization or what
