mikeinportsri is correct about the band lineup, but in answer to your specific quesion, Tom passed away from, I believe an aneurysm in his brain, and popped. an aneurysm is a blood vessel balloon that collects blood and when it gets too swelled, it may pop, and then coauses almost immediate death
