Just by listening to the first few minutes, annoys me. This narcotic officer is blaming marijuana for the damages in teens. The teens mainly resort to marijuana when they are depressed and suicidal. It's not the other way around. Also, I can see why teenagers like to resort to marijuana. It is illegal and their already on a path to "rebel;ing", so why wouldn't they experiment? I think their just curious to find out why it is percieved as "bad"

'The children!'  The fact is the war on drugs is a war on 'the children' where 75% of arrests are of those under age 30... Take that times 1.6 million citizens arrested for all drugs combined... Yeah I made that point in an email to Stephen Baldwin after his Larry King appearance. He said if legal drugs would be more readily available to minors, but the opposite is true. I could buy weed alot easier in high school than beer or even cigs cause I had to go through a liscenced vendor checking ID. But illegal drugs can be sold by anyone so inclined to anyone willing to buy them, ID or no ID. He seemed like a reasonable person talking with Montel, I'm anxious to see his response.
