  • I just ran this course on friday, got 4th in freshmen boys race 6. really hard course

  • Did it really take him 28 minutes to finish?

  • @chuby1tubby

Staggered starts with several races on the course at the same time. Only the first race began at 00:00

  • A true cross country race...

  • ran that course today :-) So much fun :-)

  • lol kids left this year to run it from Hill View, looks like a lot of fun gj

  • i was there running i will never forget

  • i wouldve gotten 1st place haha

  • @G1ALLTHEWAY1 wat school u from i was in from buchanan too

  • Mt sac is only fun if you have one of the early races... if its in the afternoon youre better off dropping out haha

  • i like this race!!! :D its the best race ever!! lol

  • ive figured out an equation to tell peoples real PR's

when someone says their pr is something fairly decent but then proceeds to bash on others, simply times their "pr" by .2 and add it to the original lie

for example mrslurpees says he has a 17:16, times .2 and thats near 3:23, and then his real time is 20:39, a rather average time..

tada, =] lol im bored i kno

  • OMGGG MT SAC IS AMAZINGGG !! I ran it today cuz we made it to CIF prelims and I got 17th place out 77 and my time was 21:43

  • @MrSlupees : If you were an actual runner, you would have tried your hardest...

  • this race is bs??!!?? yeah right. this race is awesome. im a sophomore and i got 17:16 not even trying my hardest

  • i just ran this today, its a pretty fun course.

  • 3:28-4:10 is the hardest part of the course lol

  • OMG!!!!! Im bearly in 9th grade and im gana be running this lyk in 4 weeks, im 5'10-11 ish, i weigh 115 pounds and my fastest mile was 6:30, u think im gana be ready, o and i kinda have long legs, lol.

  • @AwsomenezTV hahaha dude ull be fine, mt.sac is really fun, the first mile is easy and flat, but the next 800 is hard as hell, pretty much the hardest 800 ive done in my life, after that u have about 400 down hill and another 200 up and another 200 down all pretty easy, then u have a kinda long uphill but u have a steep down hill to flat finish, its a really exciting race ull have fun

  • my first race of the season is in oakfield New York next thursday, so excited, m first race under the lights

  • I just ran this course, not as hard as I though it would be, especially in comparison to this meet called Chadwick which was basically just 3 giant hills.

  • hah i was there!....girls jv in 8th grade

  • Sigh...I just graduated from high school. I miss running already.

  • Dang! I wish i was in this race so i could of been filmed! I was in Race #93!

    This video is great though

Brings back some awsome memories. =]

  • I loved the hills on this course...ran it twice for FLXCC 2001 and 2004

  • not once did i see a kid built. cut.. iv only seen a few kids a races but only a handful that are built, cut.. most people who i see running are skinny and don't have much muscle. I love running its my favorite sport but i want to be a Navy SEAL that that requires alot of upper body strength.. im 160 at 6ft 8.2% body fat... most kids i see are 5'7~6'2 and 120~135 lbs..(skinny) .

  • The reason why most people aren't built and cut are because they burn so much calories in training like in my school we did 7mile runs for training for workouts, and i lost alot of muscle mass

  • Yea, recently I'v been into my running and lost some upper body strength. =(, so I'm going to be hitting up my ole pull up bar and dumb bells, along with my push ups..

  • Won't tell you whether or not I am a SEAL, but let's just say as a teen I was much the same as you. I was a distance runner, 445 my frosh year down to 425 my senior year in the mile. Unlike most distance runners, I worked out regularly for core and upper body strength because I wanted to become a SEAL more than anything in the world. My freshmen year when i ran 445, I was 6'1, 155 pounds, could do 20+ pullups, 20+ dips, 100 pushups and situps. Keep working and good luck at BUD/S. Hooyah.

    -P

  • Hooyah! indeed.

  • haha sick!

  • So this is meant to be no offense to the filmer of this video, but i just love how people film races because u almost always never see the faces or runners clearly. you almost hav to go back through the part u think u might be in or something to see urself. good thing is, it shows how fast us runners r, all in all, great video. makes me want to keep running hard. high school freshman trying for under 17min next year.

  • omg, i was at this race too! haha.

i didn't run that day because i was injured but i saw a bunch of people from my school in this video!!!!!

i liked the video, good job!

  • ahhhhhhh this race is bs. i hate this course

  • omgosh! i totallly remember beging in that race! that was soo hard! and great video!

  • i was in this race!

    thanks a lot

  • awesome video! keep up the good work!

  • That means a lot to me!

  • Cool video! looks like a lot of work was put into it! good job dude!

  • Thanks!
