If you want a "ARCADE" baseball game then MLB 2K is probably the game for you but I don't suggest paying more than $20 to $25 for it do to it's long history of being plagued with numerous glitches. This game is not worth $60.00 period.

If you want a "REAL BASEBALL GAME/EXPERIENCE" then look no firther than MLB The Show. Of course it can only be played on the PS2 and PS3.

i've seen in many situations when i block the runner coming from 3rd base to score sometimes he is safe other times he is out why is that ?

when he is safe i think the catcher blocks the runner(maybe 2 close 2 the plate)and the runner scores?

but how is this possible since he got in contact with the catcher be4 touchinghome plate?

Well I just got my copy for my laptop,just got 1 gripe,I had to buy a game controller pad just to play the game on PC, cant play it with just a keyboard so that sucked, also just setting up the game is really confusing at time, If you have a HD pc the graphics are amazing real looking, shouldn't have a easy mood cause the game starts out tuff right from the gate....so don't get mad you get ya butt whooped the 1st time out....lol

MLB10 is way better than 2K10............offline. Online play for Show is the worst I've seen years. YEARS! Dreamcast wasn't even this bad, if at all.

i have 2k10 for 360 and REALLY wanted to try the show, after finally trying it i was pretty disappointed.

its a good game but its not SO much better like all the fanboys say. the graphics are awesome, the flow and cameras are great too, but the actual baseball is the same as 2k10 for the most part, and 2k10's commentary blows the show away.

i hope to see ms bring back inside pitch so we can also have two baseball games on 360.

I've been playing 2k baseball since 06, switched to the show this year......and it's like......seeing.... and hearing.... for the first time. It is real lifelike character models and textures versus cartoons. I should have bought a PS3 years ago.keep up the good work Sony.
