to be honest my biggest turn off is the sound of the guns... wwwwwwhin wwwwwhin wwwwwhin. I have friends that play AS and i prefer PB sometimes we play mix lol its a trip. They are pumping 100's of bb's per person at you and you are dropping 10's of Paint back. Its just funny because the PB's hurt more due to simple physics. Just for shits and grins im going to purchase the Military 350-450 fps t68... you wont hear "hit!" you will hear "oh shit! man down!"

I got my first airsoft gun a couple years back. It was a spring double eagle pistol. My friends started buying some after I did. Now we play more that paintball because its a lot cheaper.

i would not recommend getting any JG especially one you cant even take to most fields in the US. 450 fps is way hot for most skirmishes on full auto man. The only place u can wield that kinda fps full auto is hawaii. Besides airsoft guns only reach out around 200 ft. As far as what that means in speed to target, with a 400fps gun thats .5 seconds, with 450 its .44, .06 seconds will not make a difference. Get a G&G or G&P maybe even echo1, keep the fps reasonable and is upgradeable! have fun

The field I play at is called Eagle Force, and its located in San Jose California. The field limit is 450 fps for AEGs and 500 fps for sniper rifles. My JG is currently having problems and I really wish I did get G&G and G&P especially when their dropping prices right now.

Airsoft and (woods/milsim/scenario) paintball are two brothers in a boat. The biggest reason I've heard people prefer airsoft over paintball is the cost of paint. On just a quick search, I found 2000+ bbs for $12 USD. Try to find 2,000 paintballs (that aren't the size of a grapefruit or shaped like a football,) for that price. ;) Aside from that, some people like pie - for others, there's cake.

Looks like a lot of fun anyway, Halo. I won't ask which one you like better. ;)
