  • What do you say we take all the names you mentioned who are still alive and those like them and send them off to Kansas.

  • wrist and they'll learn. The idea for people to be allowed to change how legal systems can work, such as the insanity plea, is f*cking ridiculous. Any crazed psychopath can plea insanity and get (Spitballing here) 12-15 years? All that people need to do is suck it up, and say that they need to learn the hard way.

  • Well, in comparison to some countries we are soft. Some countries, mainly in the middle east, still abide by an eye for an eye. The reason we don't have the death penalty in all states is because some people don't like the idea of killing people for a crime, claiming that others won't learn. That would be false, because when a man or woman found guilty of a mass homicide is killed by the state, it doesn't ten to happen again. People in this country decide that criminals can get a slap on the

  • damn ye, zap for fap.

  • I'm a Michigan native. I didn't hear about this at all. WTF!!

  • @NickMilazzo668 Hey, me too!!! Sweet! I didn't know about this either...

  • I would like to make the point that non-violent crimes or victimless crimes are usually punished very harshly while violent crimes are more likely to involve probation and short sentences.

For example you may get ten years for selling crack, but 3 years for killing a crack dealer.

  • dude you need to be a law maker! I agree with the electric chair! and we need leathal injections, and gas chambers again!!!

  • So what your saying is if someone like Kobe Bryant was convicted of rape, he should get the death penalty ? Or would that apply to non celebrity types only ? And your god giving right to bear arms was put in your constitution over 230 years ago as a means to gain your independence from Britain. When they used breach loading muskets that fired 1 shot per minute compared to automatic weapons that can shoot 5 rounds per second. I don't think that your founding fathers had that in mind.

  • @dmacco1 I agree with this however I don't think we should eliminate our right to bear arms. Its an important freedom. It wouldn't be the worst thing ever to maybe regulate the 2nd amendment a bit. People immediately start shouting "They're gonna take our guns!" the minute there is any talk about regulating gun ownership...thats not the case I don't think.

  • i agree with you on the judges and if you rape someone you die or kidnap i agree with too bring back the chair. wait no i want the roman day's execution for serious crime's like mass murder's serial killer's (yes i do realize it is the same thing) and i hate how the police always say " we will stop crime" but you pretty much covered the whole subject. nice video undertaker as always

  • One method of execution I would be in favor of would be crucifixion for any crime. Think about it do you think someone would break into someone else's home if getting caught meant being nailed to a fucking cross?

  • welcome to america

  • so glad i live downriver and away from those crazy GR kids

  • Sorry if all of that was dead wrong, those were just my immediate thoughts.

And sorry for spamming your comment section.

  • ...no matter how fucked up you, and even I, might think that remorse would be.

And finally, what about the offenders who committed rape while they were heavily under the influence and feel terrible about it for it afterwards? I am not saying these people deserve a break, but I don't think anyone should be killed for things they do when they're not in control.

Btw, all this is me trying to conform with human physcology and assuming you only want this to apply death for people 21 and over.

  • ...put people who just went through a tramatic experience in this position?

I can predict that victims will be more reluctant to come forward when they know their direct testimonies will put someone on death row ESPECIALLY (in the case of children) if it is someone in their family.

You could argue that it's the fault of the rapist for commiting the crime in the first place but that still wouldn't change the fact that some victim WILL feel reluctant and others WILL feel remorse...

    cont.

  • Nobody wants to say it because I know it sounds like blaming the victim, but in the case of rape, unless the unlikely event that the rapist gets recorded saying he(genralization) raped someone, it is the woman (or child) in some cases who is the sole victim, the sole witness, and the sole testimony. The death of the rapist is on thier hands.

I'm not even beginning to say they shouldn't come out nor would I say that some victims wouldn't want this but I am saying why would you...

    cont.

  • AND LASTLY speaking of people being more reluctant to accuse others of rape, what about that?

Don't you think the realization that their testomony will sentence someone to death will make rape victims more reluctant? You might respond that it's the exact same concept with murder trials, but there I think people have a mutual understanding of the scenario, you kill someone in cold blood you should at the very least go to jail. But guess what, this same thing happens in murder cases too.

    cont.

  • just the fact that there is a POSSIBILITY of innocence is enough to make this a bad idea.

And what about the woman (I'm generalizing, but who cares?) who purposely accuse the men of rape in cases of breakup revenge, divorce custody battles, etc.? I can see you try to argue that with a harsher penalty people will be more reluctant to do such a thing, but really, with the many different nutters--I mean, people in America are you really willing to take such a leap of faith and give them the means?

  • NOW ONTO YOUR RAPE POLICY...

It's one of those things that sounds like a good idea but when you think about it for just one second it stops sounding good.

First, now that you want the death penalty for rape YOU BETTER BE DAMN SURE THEY ACTUALLY DID IT. There are many people who are proven guilty, but there are also people who have been proven innocent...sometimes years after their conviction. The guilty outnumber the innocent, no doubt, but ...

    cont...

  • No, this would be a bad idea.

I understand you want to be harder on the people who truly disserve it but charging judges for this would scare them into being harder on EVERYONE indiscriminate of what they did if anything at all.

Next, when you say you want to make the living conditions in prison worse I assume you only mean for the people who REALLY deserve to be there. But under you're first rule, a lot of less-eligible people will be intaken as well, another thing you should consider.

  • We need to extend jail time and make jail a living hell. Make it so bad that they'll never ever want to go back.

I'm all for having them battle to the death~

  • Why do you always insist we're "Boys and girls." I'll have you know, I am 11 and a half. Bitch.

  • Subbed bro. You have a damn good head on your shoulders, and you don't see to much of that in our generation. Thumbs up.

  • Max 21 years sentence in Norway... good thing, or bad thing?

  • I have oftern thought "The Laws need to be tougher world wide. And I'm not dissagreeing some people may deserve what they get. But does that mean we are bringing ourselves down to their level. Not doing what they do of course. But sooner or later would the laws that keep people safe become no different from the crimes they were designed to protect people from? I guess it's trying to find that middle ground, that sweet spot you could say. Enforce the law, but never go down to that level.

  • I'm all for giving people a second chance atleast. I think everyone should be given that right. But yeah at the same time there has to be a point where it's "Okay we have given these people lots chances and all the help we can. There is no more we can do for them but it won't be safe to let walk among the public." Now maybe coming down harder on these people may seem like a good idea. But is right, sure we may get results. But how do we go before we go to far? (C)

  • I live in MI and I watched it on the news for all like.. 7 hours.

  • Let's not allow reality to get in the way of your multicult delusion. For the sane firmly grounded in reality: keep your White daughters away from groids.

  • @HammerHeathen Stupid cocksucker.

  • I like your videos :D they are good

  • Why the fuck do you have Shane Dawson in your favourites?

  • @TheTribes44 It was for my April Fools' joke. Watch my "I LOVE SHANE DAWSON!" video. I guess I forgot to remove those from my favs. Thanks for the heads up

  • Keeping one's White daughter away from Negroids...could have prevented this.

  • @HammerHeathen Second dumbest thing I've read in the comments for this video.

  • @HammerHeathen It's okay to be single!

  • @DestroyZOG16a Dumbest fucking comment I've seen here so far.

  • @undertakerfreak1127 Check out his profile page. His profile icon is a fucking swastika.

  • @DestroyZOG16a Scum comes in all shapes, colors, and sizes. The human psyche can push a man to do just about anything. My point is that every race has their psychos, heroes, and law-breakers.

  • @DestroyZOG16a Hahahahaha. The funniest thing here is there are people who actually believe this. Being rascist while living in a Pluralistic society just doesn't make sense. Its counterproductive socially.

  • 11:32 How about solitary isolation in that old shut down Philadelphia prison? I heard that place is one of the haunted places on Earth.

11:45 Most politicians don't like being politically incorrect. Anything that supposes approaching from a conservative point of view is, "Sorry! We can't have that!"

    12:45 I am!

  • 10:45 Didn't you say in a video some months ago that you did not support the death penalty?

10:50 Damn! You SOUND PISSED OFF today! Can we bring back the firing squad to? Or maybe even crucifixion, the worst form of torture ever conceived, for mass murderers? Perhaps we could also pore molten silver on the faces of murderers like the Mongols did in the 13th century.

  • @N00bcrunch3r I said if you're going to have it, make it for less violent crimes than murder, otherwise it does NOTHING

  • @undertakerfreak1127

Oh! I don't recall that part.

  • 9:44 Hmm...good idea!

  • Hmm...perhaps we should bring out death penalty for every murderer. I guarantee you, the amount murderers will be cut in half!

  • 6:15 Surprisingly, I don't! : (

  • Crime does not require Draconion methods it requires individualized methods.

  • @Negate21

i could make the sentence for murder the death penalty with no exceptions and those like john wayne gaycee who are insane will murder no matter the consequence.

  • USA is fuckted up! nothing else to say. this country fuckted it sealf up so bad that now a psicho can get a fucking gun and do a masive kiings so yeah fuck america

  • I think TJ made this same point at some time or the other but i'm not sure

  • @Dontmakemecomeover5 I wouldn't know; I can't stand that pig.

  • @undertakerfreak1127 Why not?

  • A nine year old? D:

That made me tear up. -_-'

  • @calsilovessyou Any more than the OTHER six people that had their lives taken unceremoniously?

  • @undertakerfreak1127 *sigh*

I wasn't simply 'tearing up' over that..

    I was crying.

    Better?

  • Agreed. More death penalties and longer hail times......and more jails. I'm happy to pay more tax for that

  • One of the few things I disagree with you with. Still interesting to watch, though. Good video.

  • @Negate21

correction: most prisons these days try to rehabilatate prisoners and help them get ready to go back to normal society as well as try to help them with problems the inmate might have that got them in jail in the first place. they dont just throw them on their ass and say "have fun"

  • Funny I never heard about this and im very, very close to grand rapids

  • I am ALL in favor of the electric chair. Our legal system is an unfunny joke that no one fears.

  • While we should be much harsher, using the death penalty for tons of crimes though would leave to much of a body count.

  • why are you in black and white

  • It's not that we're too soft on our criminals. It's that we're hard and soft on all the wrong people. Somebody rapes someone and gets off with a year in prison with probation, if even that. While somebody else was caught being a prostitute, selling some weed, etc, and they end up with tons of years in prison. Our priorities are fucked up. We never learn.

  • @AssRapingHorseCock good point

  • I like guns and have been fascinated with them since a child. I don't own a gun as of now but I've always enjoyed reading up on them and learning about different models. There is a fine line between good folks protecting themselves and criminals committing murder and unfortunately that fine line seems to be guns. It just seems as though you can't eliminate all the bad people so you have to try eliminating the guns. It's a shame like in school when one kid ruins a good thing for all the others.

  • @downhome7500 You can't take away the 2nd amendment. For one just think of how much problems that would cause with all the pro-gun NRA folks in this country. Amd two, Canada's murder rates are far below ours and they also have the right to "bear arms". The 2nd amendment isn't the entire problems. There should be tougher gun regulation no doubt, but the real problem lies elsewhere. A lot of crime takes place because of poverty,

  • (Cont)you'll notice crime rates go up when the jobless rates rise...so thats a big issue and an obvious cause. Now I don't know the solution to any of this, but taking away peoples' guns won't help. It might actually make things worse.

  • there are milloins of people in jail in the u.s who leave jail and are fine. i think you are generalizing inmates just based on a handful of u.s citizens didnt get better . if we just killed whoever went to jail we would have a very small population

  • I agree with much of what you're saying here, except for 2 points that you made. the first was when you were talking about the second amendment and how everyone should arm themselves. I disagree. I think guns are the problem, because violence is only going to increase if we keep arming the world. and I don't agree with the death penalty. give these people life in prison the FIRST time they rape or murder, and NEVER let them out. that's a far worse punishment in my opinion

  • @Seinfeld182 Guns aren't what kill people. If people have the opportunity to protect themselves, criminals would be less likely to threaten them with gun violence - this has been proven.

Second, if you start giving the death penalty for crimes of a lesser magnitude than murder, you'll see those crimes drop pretty quickly.

  • @undertakerfreak1127 that may be true, but I still personally would never consider owning a gun. and there are a lot of people who own guns that probably shouldn't, and/or they purchase a gun for all the wrong reasons.

  • @undertakerfreak1127 and I still stand by my opinion about the death penalty. rapists and murderers are the scum of the Earth and if we make them spend the rest of their lives behind bars that means they're off the streets and we're not giving them the satisfaction of killing them and sparing them further suffering. that's probably why this person killed himself after committing that horrible crime. he didn't want to have to deal with the consequences of his actions. death is an easy way out

  • How about this, when u go to jail, you serve the total amount of time of your entire Crime history each time, so on your 3rd Jail visit, you again server time for your second and first crime... How is that?

  • We had sissies running the system for many years, I can't imagine us going hard on criminals again anytime soon.

  • That colonel doubtlessly deserved the chair, a firing squad...hell the iron maiden would have suited me fine, but only received a life sentence.

I think we do need stricter psychological evaluation and punishments, but there should be a way to determine who deserves death, who deserves life imprisonment, and who should be wearing a straight jacket.

  • I am amazed, however, that rape is not universally punishable by the death penalty, especially repeated cases or cases that involves death. I say this partially because...either your committing two crimes in one of serious nature, or you're leaving said victim permanent psychological (and possibly physical) injuries that will ruin their life.

A perfect example was that Colonel in Canada who got charged with i think 88 different sexually related charges including two rapes/ murder.

  • Well, I figured out where this was going in under 3 minutes. Okay, let's start with sentence length. For the love of 42 DO NOT let them come out early! I don't care how good they are, serve the fucking sentence! We do have to be a bit harder on people, make jail less cozy! People will complain about human rights; fuck your rights if you're a criminal. I also do agree on the psychological evaluations. If we can figure out why someone did something, we can punish effectively and help them too.

  • Thanks for giving me that link to listen to yesterday John. It was definitely intriguing. The whole time I was listening with worry hoping no one else would get hurt. We definitely need a system to curb the criminals.

  • I think we're just tough on the wrong crimes. EG drugs. And we're obviously biased towards minorities. I don't agree with bringing out the chair and frying them though.

  • I gave it some thought, and by making laws more strict and more thorough background checks actually increases the jobs, to a small degree. Asides from psychologists getting jobs, you got increased law enforcement, detainment and security personal, you got criminals losing their jobs for longer periods meaning other people who are having trouble finding work got a chance for employment, so its a fair trade-off. I admit there is flaws in that exact stream of logic, but thats the general concept.

  • Death penalty should only be given to murderers.

  • truth

  • You know what I hate? Is that politicians agree with Nambla views on having sex with children!

  • Ehhhh, the death penalty only works for people who are scared of death.

  • @JohnHill91 Hmm.Well that just narrows it down to everyone.

  • And a Pip-Boy 3000 for everyone

  • Criminal scum, criminal scum everywhere

  • ted bundy?

  • That's why the world needs vigilantes.

  • idk our country belieaves in sec chances

  • I really couldn't care about the recent rampage, but yes, we need stricter policies for the justice system. Let's say someone steals bubble wrap. Ok, minor crime, but who knows what will happen next? That same person could go down the rape and murder someone.

  • I AGREE

  • My dad's friend went to jail and when he got out he basically told him that the jail was nicer then the apartment then he lived in beforehand, I agree whole-heartedly with this video, we can't let criminals run rampant like they are now, my favourite example of running rampant criminals is Phoenix's nearly 55 thousand car thefts a year

  • The system is a pussy system.

  • Casey Anthony accused of murder but convicted of only lieing to police served for 3 years and a week

    think about that one

  • @rsa1027 casey anthony gave a blowjob to the judge

  • @rsa1027 Lying and murder aren't the same things.

  • @undertakerfreak1127 agreed but she knows we all know she did it

  • @rsa1027 You don't KNOW she did it. You aren't a detective and I doubt you were at the trial as a juror.
