the measurments that i use are for the long piece of cardstock 6"x11" and you score at 3 1/2 and 7 1/8
and for the 2 pieces of cardstock 3 3/8 x 6 hope this helps it works for me

I followed your instructions to the tee. Your measurements are off. But to make sure I tried it three times with two different rulers and score pads to make sure... Yup. Your measurements are off : (
