I had the pleasure of growing up in the same local music scene as Chris did - in Massachusetts.

Although I was only "kind of" into this style of music, you could just feel his powerful presence and potential.. Not to mention always being a great person to hold an everyday conversation with over a beer.

wow, what an awesome video. I love Impellitteri. perfect mix of old school 80s hard rock, and aggressive metal. Rob's voice is the best! I think as a band, Chris and Rob make a great combination. I hope they continue to make great music.

Nah, I like some Jacksons and ESPs myself.. I just get the feeling people just get on the Marshall train and assume they are the best amplifiers in the world for everything. Marshalls can be great amps but I feel like they take more work, whether it be careful tweaking or pedals/rack effects, to get an amazing tone out of them. With my Invader 150 tons of unbelievable tones just seem to pour out with nothing but the head and a speaker cab.

Same here. Impellitteri songs are all exciting. If you like Rob Rock's vocal, try Joshua's Intense Defense album. IMO, his vocal was best in that album. Songs are subtle and less heavier than Impellitteri.

Impellitteri. My favorite guitarist. Most of his songs are about 3 min long, but he always makes a point with killer shred. Every song is unique and not boring at all. IMO, he's the most charismatic shredder of all time. BTW, did he borrow outfit from Batio? Haha... Keep rocking Chris!!!
