..as a child of Jamaican parents I believe we enjoyed it. I can see now what my parents must have gone through. It makes makes me very proud to be British watching stuff like this as obviously this satire was use to break down + poke fun at racisim and people with prejudices. I think it was a brilliant way to do it (for that time\!!) It's been years since anyone called me those kinds of names.Now I have children of my own and thanks God things are not as bad for them.

The only reason these haven't been repeated is because of the 'politically correct brigade' please note this series was very popular with black communities because the white man always had his come-uppance. (Very popular in Nigeria currently!)
