@booobaaaful Sorry Booby, but Virgin is the far better service, the far better price and BA blew themselves up with their dirty tricks. The Grinning pullover may be a pain in the arse at times, BUT he makes up for all that he lacks. I am glad to my soul that Virgin took on BA and won.

@naisi Fair point Naisa, Virgin may have overstretched themselves. In 2009 it was BA that was nearly bailed out by the Govt. Virgin Atlantic is NOWHERE near this - they are pound for pound the better carrier, offering better value for money and service. Virgin Atlantic has won so many awards in 2010 it is clearly streets ahead. and yes there are problems in ANY business - THIS is reality, it's how you deal with it that counts. Virgin remains the best airline - the awards prove it.
