Er actually, there were a few Black settlers here before the mid 20th Century. Some of them arrived as early as the mid-late 19th century, some did actually settle here before that. You might want to check out the work of David Killingray 'Africans in Britain' (1995), or Hakim Adi 'West Africans in Britain' 1900-1960 (1994). as for your comments about the lack of noted Black academics, again, be careful. There is Kobena Mercer, Paul Gilroy, Jayne Ifekwungwe just to name a few.

A famous example is the descendants of Samuel Coleridge Taylor, the Sierra Leonean musician who created Hiawatha...we also have the descendants of Arthur Wharton who played for Preston North End...Interestingly, some of these descendants are white. In AMerica almost all of the factories were in the North where slavery had also been outlawed. Slaves mostly worked on farms, not as specialized factory workers. Er actually, there were a few Black settlers here before the mid 20th Century. Some of them arrived as early as the mid-late 19th century, some did actually settle here before that. You might want to check out the work of David Killingray 'Africans in Britain' (1995), or Hakim Adi 'West Africans in Britain' 1900-1960 (1994). as for your comments about the lack of noted Black academics, again, be careful. There is Kobena Mercer, Paul Gilroy, Jayne Ifekwungwe just to name a few.

The census is taken in years ending in 1, ie 1901, 1911, 1921,1931, there was no census in 1941 due to the war, the next was 1951, So where the hell did you see a 1949 census? A famous example is the descendants of Samuel Coleridge Taylor, the Sierra Leonean musician who created Hiawatha...we also have the descendants of Arthur Wharton who played for Preston North End...Interestingly, some of these descendants are white. The reason why the indigenous Europeans decline in numbers is because the western world and its governments have decided to just kill off white people and commit treason in the name of 'diversity'.
In some ways, white people are treated better in countries that openly declare hatred for them than their own countries or countries they are the majority of.

Could I suggest a really go book i came across which chronicled the movement of Black West Indian into Britain - a little bit academic yet interesting as a casual read. "The making of the Black working class in Britain by - Ron Ramdin". Very well written and bring places like Shepherds Bush, Stonebrigde, Brixton, Southall, Notthinghill and Ladbroke Grove to life.

I have started researching more into my history as i think I have become to complacent with the luxury of Britain, and come to aspect things as a given. As blacks we should take nothing as given and still be competitive for a place in diverse Britain.

As long as black people DEPEND on this racist system for Jobs, housing, education, security, they will always be the victims of oppression. they will never be independent of whites without starving. i believe blacks are slated for extinction. if we whites leave them alone and don't lift a finger to feed them or vaccinate them in any way, they'll become extinct.
nature will take them and exterminate them. h.i.v. and starvation will eventually kill them out without white assistance and in spite of their much higher reproductive rate.

Lambeth still has black and mixrace men in their 30s and up, still living with their mothers because the council wont help them. They help the immigrants and house them because of the cheap labour. Kate Howie, who is an MP for that erea, says and does nothing. But she will help the immigrants because she has been put there as one of the door blockers for the system. So when you go to the system for help you are taking your case right back to the criminals who created your criminal condition.
