Hey Bob... nice selection of foods. Our church is going on the Daniel's Fast for 21 days starting Wednesday. It's basically vegan as well. I haven' decided if I'm going to join. I think you can eat pretty well on it... no coffee or soda or fruit juice... only water to drink. That right there is stopping me wanting to do it! haha. Silly huh? My son has one of those coffee thingys. Hugs!

Part two: Yes I had to sorry, I like your juicer. I am thinking about seeing if I can find me one on Listia or at the thrift store. Im trying to think if it would be good for me though because of the diabetes, I cant do a lot of fruits. Too many natural sugars and hrm Im not much on veggie drinks. Any thoughts? Im so happy Gilbert's mom is home from the hospital and doing better. Sounds like you had a nice time with folks out even if they were eating dead things. LOL HUGS again xoxo

@WackaDoodleFreeZone Peggy!, thanks for commenting. I know you count your blessing! The comment was definitely not for you! :) If you can't have the fruits, try carrots (very sweet) and celery. You might be able to have coconut milk. Try juicing greens like spinach. Kale has a strong taste. Hemp milk is also kind of sweet and really good. My favorite is almond or cashew milk.
