Although the wall might be the right colour, the 'consumer' grade cameras are shifting the colour just slightly (due to their processing, output quality, whatev...), and because of this the colour values for that particular blue slip just outside of what is tolerated by the mixer. Try using a DVD as your source that has a static image of chroma blue. You should be able to key it in without a problem.
