I can understand people trying to rectify the original title by correctly pointing out that this is a juvenile white-bellied sea-eagle and NOT a Philippines eagle. But calling a Philippines eagle as the 'King of Birds' is incorrect as well. Just because it is the largest eagle doesn't mean it is the King. Yes, I'm pointing towards the Golden Eagle.

Recently visited a University museum, in Philippines's oldest city (Cebu), displaying two stuffed birds of the years 1930's. There is no such thing as mixed white sea eagle and brown Philippine eagle... It's a juvinile White-bellied sea eagle (Haliaeetus leucogaster), that is why it still has it's brown feathers Young Sea-eagles are brown when juveniles then gradually come to resemble adults, acquiring the complete adult plumage by their fourth year.
The adult has white head, breast underwing coverts and tail. The upperparts are grey and the black underwing flight feathers contrast w/ the white coverts tail short.
it's a white bellied sea eagle. it's common in south east asia i think coz singapore has one in their jurong aviary. the Philippine Eagle is larger than this.

Philippine Eagle is a lot bigger than this one and its the only eagle with a lion like mane and has golden brown in color with a white chest ....

that's a passage White bellied sea eagle. you can notice the plumage of the head its a bit touch of brownish. an adult head is fully white.
