I don't know if you realize this or not, but the people you consider "conformist" heavily out number the indifferent. Want to know exactly when our country changed? Read "A New Freedom", written by W. Wilson himself, available on-line for free from many places. You'll realize within the first few paragraphs that our constitution, and country were sold to corporations. This coming from the President who sign the Federal Reserve into law. I know this isn't important to most, but MOT's reference to a band called Rush is kinda interesting to me. That phrase "conform or be cast out" is actually a line from the song "Subdivisions".
Interestingly, before "Subdivisions", Rush released a song called "something for nothing" which included the line "you won't get wise with the sleep still in your eyes..." on an album called "2112". Rush formed in Canada. 2112 may be a reference to a date. December 12th!

I don't know if you realize this or not, but the people you consider "conformist" heavily out number the indifferent. It's not easily to live out of the norm: you're life could be endangered, or your social life, even. The truth is, you can't expect to live well out of the norm from the conformity. Freedom is an illusion in a sense because as long as majority rule governs, there will always be oppression. There will be a time when a new age of conformity will arise, hopefully, of intellect.

They have to show that they are ready to help like they did in August, and I am missing this sort of language! IT must come out now that they failed to do last week. They need to do something. robert, you don't join the Mormon church because of someone else and what they say. You join because you gain your own testimony of gospel teachings of Jesus Christ. Consuming coffee and tea go against the church's law of health otherwise known as the word of wisdom. There is caffeine in chocolate and many other things which are deemed OK. Wisdom, prudence, and moderation in all things consumed is the underlying message of the word of wisdom.

Hey so I am thinkning of buying some gold/silver to protect against the hyperinflation to buy me a ticket when the depression hits.
What country do you recommend I flee to to be able to still get a job and be safe? Switzerland, Austria, Holland, Iceland?

There will be chaos EVERYWHERE. Period. You don't really have to leave the US unless a bioweapons attack breaks out or nukes start flying. Living out in the country away from the city and growing your own food and fishing and having your own cows is KEY.

I'm agree with you completely. While I really like the work of Peter Schiff, the one thing that I don't agree with him on is that the world will be better without American consumption. I think that there will be AT LEAST a couple year period of world wide depression while the flow of the world economy is redistributed, and toxic debt is eliminated. Worst case scenario is complete meltdown and a return to the barter system mentioned by Paul Craig Roberts.

I think that there is still room in heaven. Time to start planting a garden, canning fruit and jellies, stocking up on foods that will last.
