okay i felt the same way about forever21 cosmetics and on a whim one day i picked up a few what i thought were eyeliners and they turned out to be brow pencils, i got taupe and med brown, and they were my GO TO brow pencils for a long long time. since i moved on to powder bc i switch all the time but these pencils are still in my kit and i did even repurchase the taupe one bc colorwise it is perfect. i cant wait to try to the shadows now!!!
