  • i think jay just wants to go home...its one of those days.

  • that guy in blue thinks they training biceps...

  • 5:03.

Jay giving sound advice to a man who's ego gets in the way mid-exercise. What a tool. I don't think he trains with Jay anymore.

  • The guy in bleus shirt does not train his legs i suppose..

  • They use a shorter range of motion to avoid injury. Also because of there large size the range of motion looks shorter. Each individual performs exercises differently to target specific muscle/s.

  • He doesn't always use half-reps, he's probably just cycling his workouts to shock growth.. lifting halfreps produces a constant tension to the muscle and makes you lift about 50% more weight.. more tension time = more muscle activation = more muscle..

  • lol at 4:35 that made my day

  • No pullups?

  • only on youtube can you find virgins in their 40s criticizing the workouts of multiple olympia winners.

  • i dont understand how this man is so big when his form for every video i ever watch of him is so shit. My form is amazing, why can i only put on 8 pounds a year? WTF?!!!!

  • @PedroConquersAll Its not about form, its about what works for each individual, and also form does not apply to when you workout every single day, with perfect form his joints would get used to way to quick, that is why he has to do half reps, but for him, that is what his body needs to expand.

  • @PedroConquersAll because form doesnt matter when it comes to bodybuilding. it's all about intensity, and what makes the muscle grow. the time form matters is in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and if you're old and trying to stay in shape.

    hope that helped.

  • @TeenMuscle95 Not true. Form is everything, i've trained with enough bb to know that by now lol. Trust me, form is everything.

  • @PedroConquersAll no such thing is good form what is good form? whatever works for the person n makes em comfortable is what matters

  • @PedroConquersAll i mean no offense by this, but... you yourself said you can only put on 8 lbs a year using perfect form. this man uses "crappy" form (which for him is actually good form, because it's what his muscles respond best to) and comes into contest at 270+ with 3% bodyfat. i think that right there is a testament that there is no such thing as "good form", because in the end, you've gotta do what you're muscles respond to.

  • @TeenMuscle95 I guess your right. Then again there is the possiblity that he simply couldn't employ perfect form if he was doing weight that was a bit too heavy for the showing off sake for the video

  • @PedroConquersAll I mean youre both right and wrong. lol. There is no such thing as "perfect" form, if the key is to gain muscle mass. When you look at jays form then you look at ronnies fom both are not "perfect" form but they both know what works for them. You dont use the proper form they say in the little books. They know what their muscles respond to. On the other hand they can "cheat" further because taking anabolics hormones allows your body to respond to stimulus better (growth/repair)

  • @PedroConquersAll perhaps, but jay keeps this form consistently through all his many videos. if this form didn't work for him i don't think he would waste almost 1/3 of his workouts just for the sake of showing off. but i dont know jay personally, so i could just as easily be wrong.

  • @PedroConquersAll it depends what works for the individual. good form doesnt do shit for me. ive tried that sqeezing, good form bullshit for a while and i didnt notice shit results. then i went back doing it the way i used to with heavy fucking weight and moderate form...not horrible, but not perfect either, and ive seen big difference...and no im not on steriods despite my youtube name. natural, always have been. guess there's a reason i always see little guys in my gym using "perfect form"

  • @steriods4champions you are right

  • oh wow i love the idea of holding down the other side of the t-bar row with a dumbbell...I used to just have my buddy stand on the other end

  • lol at 4.35

  • at 3:38 the guy in blue goes "light weight" like he's Ronnie...haha

    chicken legs wannabe

  • damn thats one big ass back workout now i know why he is mr o

  • yea man jays such a fool but he is gigantic

  • big ron is the best .......jay can never come close ........he is stronger ,bigger, his form was great these guys are playing the ass ........

  • is it me or does the guy in the blue shirt always train sloppy, he looks like he is going to hurt him self

  • @kigoz4life... because there are using the olympic bar.. for the close grip if they lift it up higher there gonna bust there balls real good.. lol.. still they are getting the back muscle the latissimus dorsi buy streching all the way down...

  • That dude in the blue forgot to workout his lower body...hahaha damn popsicle physique.

  • na thats the poppie physique..lol

  • whered his legs go?

  • its called t-bar rows

  • @bigpooter01 I busted my balls with that exersize once :(

  • its close grip bent over rows

  • 4:35 LOL wtf was that

  • i know! lol... he does it earlier in the video too

  • maybe the dude in the blue dont have that great of calves, but he is in great great shape. Strong too.

  • @Bsnakes his legs look puny haha.

  • how is it called the exercise in the 3:47 minute??...

send me a message pliiiiizz... thank youu

  • It's called T-Bar Row

  • t-bar rows

  • SUP

  • T-Bar Row

  • @gpin27 T-bar rows

  • that chick at the end wants it bad! from all of you at the same time

  • Hahaha...light weight!!! Alot of people are saying light weight in gyms now. Lets go jay hopefully you can win you 3rd sandow tittle, good luck!

  • wow that guy in the blue... my dick is bigger then his calves. seriously how do u train with jay cutler and have such small calves...u think there would be some influnce there.

  • I heard someone say once, if you train for 2 years and don't develop calves....u may never have them.....they can be determined by genetics sometimes.......I have naturally large calves so I am super happy lol......

  • Holy fuck, I don't think there's anyone douchier than that guy in the blue. He reminds me of one of those posers who have shitty genetics but they think they can be a bodybuilder anyways so they start roiding up from the start and everything grows misproportionally due to a lack of knowledge in training concepts and bad genetics once again.

  • ouch people are soo hard on the guy in blue

  • Come on now. What is the source of all this vitriol? The dude is just working out, mumbling once or twice throughout the video, and you're ready to murder him. I think you're threatened by him...why else can't the guy just train without you going for the throat?

  • That's right, dude with the bird legs, give Jay some tips while he's training. You're in position to do that. *palms face*

  • wow, great form on tbar rows..i hope everyone can sense my sarcasm.

  • yea think they made a new exercise t bar bicep squeeze lol

  • in my gym is full of "professors " like you too -man with 30cm arms- they know more than me , more than Mr.Olympia , more than anybody. What a self-esteem - to criticize Jay Cutler !!!!

  • lol@ Jay's T_bar rows, barely works his back lol just his arms haha what a fool, even tho im a big jay fan..

  • @Kigoz4Life Yea, me too. Seriously, what the fuck's wrong with his T - Bar rows, he's doing like 1/20 of ROM, looks stupid and useless.

  • @UrizenTheNegator hahaha yea, USELESS AND STUPID

  • @Kigoz4Life maybe your the fool, jay just did a bunch of pumping motions, and the t-bar row is a great stretch. which allows blood into the muscle... it also brings the lats forward and depending on how you legs are placed and bent will bring in the lower lat...

  • @daynepro6 Yeye. Full range of motion gives better results. At least I believe so. Since the exercise is "designed" that way.. Cheers.. and no, im not a pro bodybuilder ;)

  • @Kigoz4Life LOL The plates are just too damn big. Hits his stomach so he can't row the arms all the way back. I say drop the weight, bend over more and focus on the full range of stretch from top to bottom. The blue shirt guy had ridicules bad form, leave the ego at home.

  • @RAV3N96 Word bro.

  • @Kigoz4Life

Kigoz, u call Jya a fool. He laughs at u pal. He's going for his his 5th Olympia title, with either the 3rd or 4th best back in the history of the sport. Jya's mind to mucle conncection is so advanced that he could turn bench press into a bicep building movement. trust me bud. look at his mid back, traps, and rear delts in his rear lat spread. Those were built through heavy Tbar rows, and of course the other heavy moves. He know what hes doing. Wouldnt u say?

  • @subway35able Ofc, he is the best.

  • I hope that is sarcasm.

  • Was not is.

  • Lol Jay looks like he forgot to but the locks/hooks o0n the deadlift bar lol

  • But obviously you are a fan of him. You uploaded a tribute vid. ;-)

  • what the guy in the blue t-shirt?

  • i think that seated row machine might bear a child after that guy in the blue humped the shit outta it

  • Guys seems to have egoweights, that looked fuckin horrible, specially a guy with a blue shirt. It looked like spine would snap in a minute.

  • the guy in the blue shirt seems like a retard, shave that fucking beard doesent make u look cool, and start work on your legs, im not even close to as big as u but atleast i se when something has gone way wrong ..

  • man jay does so much on back!!

  • Look at cutlers back, then judge his form if your back is better and wider.

  • they need to use smaller plates on the T-bar row...the range of motion is so short w/ the 45's.. not to mention the arms are doing 80% of the work

  • i never understand why they go up and down with the weight like in t-bar and bent over row surely it becomes more a power movement then?the upper back isnt so isolated seems like alot of the lower back comes into the movements or is it for safety reasons?

  • Doesn´t any1 of these guys train their calves? lol check out at 4:08 and then the guys after him, it looks so funny!

  • oh my god... 5:30.......horrible form!!!

  • lol the guy in blue has no calves what so ever. what a wuss.

  • Pun. Yeah, a bad case of "dennis Wolf-itis"!.

  • lol true

  • That was some pretty weak lifting from Jay. He's got to get back to the heavy stuff. He should be doing 675 on Rack Deads and get back to rowing the heavy weights he used to.

  • You also have to take into consideration, he's doing more reps this go around. Possibly could be the explanation, but I don't know. Jay's gotta win this year. Keep it up! I'd love to work for Jay and do this kinda stuff, video. I'd do it for free! Jay get at me! I'll do it!

  • No. This workout was weak shit for Jay. His recent chest workout was impressive, but he didn't turn it on for this Back Workout. He's capable of a lot more.

  • What i'd hate to see, is Jay getting too egotistical, and not really turning the intensity up and having these work out partners get in his way. Kinda like the old days when it was just Jay workin.

  • I agree. It's almost like they tried to out lift each other. Or they want to create a little bit of drama to make it interesting to make more sales for his DVD.

  • AWESOME VIDEO NATE!!! Jay Rocks!
