  • oar straw? :)

  • I have been a pituitary tumor patient since I was quite young. I am 50 years now and would like to know how you might nourish the endocrine and pituitary system? I fight osteoporosis with Fosamx, Vitamin D and Testosterone Gel - so I am looking forward to using tools of nature to assist in the body healing itself. Thanks!

  • thank you for this great video, it is so much fun listening to you talk you are a great teacher

  • sexy oatstraw! :)

  • The mason jar infusion technique is the best idea ever, been using it for over a year now, and looking forward to another nourishing summer. Our property yields an abundance of natural herbs nettle, clover, and burdock, motherwort, just to name a few. Be well I certainly enjoy your videos.

  • lol...I just love her....she's funny too...

  • I love you ,SuSun you make learning about herbs so much fun :)

  • About oatstraw and redclover...

I care for my reproductive health but am not exactly interested in having children right this moment. Will they interfere with standard birth controls? Or, is there a period of time you should abstain from them to make sure you aren't super-fertile?

  • infusions should not interfere with standard birth controls...

  • Wow! I just stumbled across this looking for Mountain Rose Vids. Great info. I bet this Susan has made more people healthier than any member of the drug-pushing AMA! Thank you Susan. Can't wait to try your infusions.

  • Thank you this is so wonderful! Please do mullein next!

  • yes, infusions should be stored in the refrigerator to prevent spoilage.

  • Oh Ho! I think you just answered the question I posed under the oatstraw infusion thread! You have just warned against using oatstraw and redclover lest one hopes to expand her family LOL!

Questions: After you make the infusion, should you refrigerate it? Also, you seem to advise using one infusion at a time - how many days does one imbibe, and any recommendations for taking "breaks" in between infusions? Can infusions ease meno? I would appreciate your expanded comments.

    Many thanks!
