The legal definition of Capitis Dominuctio Maxima explains that there is a maximum loss of status through the use of capitalization. Furthermore they list your family name as your Last name. Last names are for corporations, family names are for living breathing human beings. Found under Name in Blacks Law dictionary.

The 9th edition was published in 2009 defines it as The diminution of a person's legal status as a result of being reduced to slavery. If you were born in the U.S. you are a Citizen. Citizenship has nothing to do with a States' jursidiction, just your physical presence. USC and Statutes have nothing to do with contracts (i.e. you are under that jurisdiction without any contract). If you are a Homo Sapien, you are a person and individual, as defined by USC Title 1, Section 8.

@RetSquid Actually it's a claim supported by documentation. My Nativity records show with my parents signatures that I am a Native to America. I can not say for sure that I was born in America because I do not remember as I was to young to know. Therefore I can not say that I am a United States Citizen because the one thing that make a United States Citizen is the Birth Certificate Contract. I did not sign that contract nor did I enter it upon full disclosure of all terms and obligations.

I am the creditor to the DEFENDANT, the benificiary to the trust, and the authorized holder in due process of all property both registered and unregistered to the DEFENDANT. The only time that any individuals were Sovereign and therefore in truth free was under Articles of Confederation. When that founding document failed to accomplish it's intended purpose the Founders then created a Legal Trust called the United States Constitution. All Americans then waived their individual Sovereignty in favor of National Sovereignty. Any Statutes, Legal Codes, or Regulations are Constitutional as indicated by and under the commerce clause.

@QuantumKoala not all American's waived their sovereignty, it is by accepting benefit/privelieg/opportuinity that one waives rights and it must be done with full knowledge and disclosure of contract details. Adhesion contracts don't count,but it is the presumption in law that suggests you apply for benefits which means to beg and the beggar knows what he's begging for. Rescinding the signature on said contracts is enough with an affidavit of truth in public to regain sovereignty.

This is why the Cherokee are rejecting blacks without proof of being actual blood relation and the Fed is threatening to withdraw any aid they give them by treaty in which they are entered. Go into a Reservation and try to get a Fed to extract an Indian for a crime commited against you and find out how fast they are indeed not under US jurisdiction and are Sovereign.
