I think my highest score in this game was like 400,000 pts when i was 10 years old. My older brother used to kill me at this game and when I finally beat his score I was on top of the world, only to have him put his record out of reach again. I came close and was on the verge of breaking his score when my cousin distracted me and caused me to lose. I was furious! Lol! It was nice being a kid in the 80's
on the level where all the cereatures come at you on the plain, you just stay oof to the lset the whole level and nothing can hit you- I stillr emember that glitch
My father was one of the vice presidents for coleco on the west coast before they went bankrupt. I had all the coleco vision games. Good stuff. I remember this game.
@atari1994 I had to contact Coleco because the tape drive was bad on our ADAM Machine, we had the add-on version because they were sold out of the ADAM PC at TRU, so TRU threw in the console. They sent us another tape drive for free and the game worked perfectly after that.
Damn, it's been years since I played this. I remember that damn drone stage at the end. Always kicked my ass. I'll never forget that trusty primitive CD-ROM drive (a.k.a. CASSETTE PLAYER) which this antique used. Thanks for posting.
I remember you had the option of printing out your high scores after you beat the game, and I don't know if it was because my printer was faulty or it was the hardware itself, but it always "missed" a few characters.
This was a great game for its time. I was like 10 years old. Wow!

Wow, thanks for putting this video up. I had this buck rogers game on my ADAM and played the shit out of it.. Wish I still had that damn thing.

I had Buck Rogers for the C64. I was disappointed to learn that the other stages, like the trench, were only in the Adam version.
