... the charging handle (a machinist did the modifications). I tried a foregrip scope mount. Did not like the looks, and went to my current setup. It works fine.
While the Golani is my least expensive semi-automatic shoulder weapon, it is the one I fire the most.
So for those of you contemplating a buy, they are fun (mine holds a zero). Hand check these. My inspections at gun shows (cannot walk by without picking it up) proved a 1-in-4 to have a slop in the folding stock.
Paulmarti, like yours, my Golani has some play in the folding stock. I used shims made from an aluminium beer can to tighten it up. Now I have a solid stock. In that I do not use this feature, it is not an issue.
I bought mine from Century when they were first advertised. It came with an F stamp on the underside. It has never FTE or FTF. Put an AK-47 scope mount (with dual tightening screws) with a red dot. Sheared off the right quarter of the mount to accommodate ...
I own this gun and it's flawless with federal 5.56 NATO, was ok with silver bear but flawless with the federal. Pretty accurate I can hit a half of an abdomen sized chunk of iron from 300 yds no problem with the iron sights, gonna replace the grip with the rail setup so I can equip a red dot and fore grip for increased accuracy
@SurvivorGuy23 It's stamped .223 but it's well known that these are chambered and can handle 5.56 NATO. Since it's basically an AK design, you can also shoot steel-cased .223 through it with no problems.
@Moonfood78 No, not painted. It's got the standard finish on it. I got 7 mags, a case, and a sling for it with the deal. $575+FFL fee + shipping is gonna cost more than what I originally got this for.
@MrRichardsSmoker I don't know where you live, but the price of guns fluctuates from area to area. I doubt you would be able to find one of these, practically new and with a low round count, for under $600. That is of course unless you happen to find a really good deal, which is the exception and isn't normal. This also came with several magazines, which are worth around $20 a piece.
@MrRichardsSmoker thats not a rip off..these usually go for 500 at gunshows in my area but when you order online itll bring the price up substantially.
@MrRichardsSmoker hahahah I almost laughed my fucking esophagues out when I went to your faggot ass page and didn't see any videos of your own. Stop talking shit and STFU. $600 for a working Golani isn't bad.
@MrRichardsSmoker $600 isnt that bad. especialy when the price on them are going up. name a Great working Semi-auto Military rifle that is just amazing that is also under $600. You cant even find many good Ak47 for under $600
