you're AMAZING you helped my diet so much...i actually train handball and now i have the figure that i always wanted...:D THANKS YOU MADE MY LIFE AMAZING!
I don't understand why people are always bitching about protein powder on your videos, if you don't like it go click on over to some vegan fitness chick's recipe channel.
Most of these videos powders or not are kind of targeted towards Bodybuilders anyway, all high in protein.
@hippysIapper Huh, perhaps you should follow your own advice and read up on the subject. There's nothing wrong with reheating cooked rice by itself. It's the way you store it that MAY cause problems.
@RoccoDaOne I'm well aware of that kid, and no, it's not necessarily just about how it's stored either, it's more about how fast it's been cooled down after it's originally cooked. and even if you do cool it down fast after it's been cooked and store it correctly, it's STILL risky to just warm it up in the microwave without reheating it thoroughly, and that's the point i was originally trying to make...
@hippysIapper "I'm well aware of that kid" - I think you missed the point, we're not talking about kids. It's about reheating cooked rice, and it's not nearly as dangerous as you portray it.
@leanbodylifestyle You missed my point, the microwaving part is irrelevant. it's the reheating part, especially only warming it up and not cooking it thoroughly at a high temperature that's potentially dangerous. and yeah, i'm sure you probably have reheated rice loads of times before without getting sick, it's the same with raw eggs, in fact you can even eat raw chicken and you still might not get sick, but the risk is still always there. my point is you should let your viewers be aware of it.
@CocoaCallo again, the microwaving part of that post is irrelevant. I was pointing out that just mildly warming precooked rice up instead of cooking it thoroughly has the POTENTIAL to make someone ill. Actually i'm tired of writing this shit, i really couldn't give 2 squirts of piss if one of his subs did get sick, i was bored out of my mind when i wrote that and was just making a point, please forget you read it...
@hippysIapper Sorry people argued with you over that? Welcome to the internet! reheating rice has a very big chance of giving you food poisoning in comparison to other foods, something to do with the large surface area cos of the individual grains giving more chance for bacterial growth or something. Not saying don't do it, but make sure its thoroughly reheated y'all. Food poisoning sucks
Another great one Michael! Any chance for a few more recipes for us low carb people? Perhaps without sweeteners too since stevia isn't legal here in the UK for some reason :S. Cheers, keep up the great vids :)
@coelhinhos1 Well considering he is a Body Builder, protein is good. Plus this is just he recipes that he makes for us (youtubers and such) i highly doubt that he puts protein powder in with everything that he eats, most of his things are snack/desert based things, and snacks are for before and/or after a work out, hence the protein powder. :)
@coelhinhos1 We bodybuilders use lots of protein a day. And he is a bodybuilder., hence the extensive use of protein. Which, imo, is pretty creative to come up with all these things.
to make his recipes a little healthier u could use quinoa powder instead of whole wheat flour, special dark unsweeted cocoa instead of the regular one, almond butter instead of peanut butter, and add a little bit of wheat germ & flax seed powder to all his recipes, its just advice to people who read this
Please give the video a like if you don't mind! I can't tell you all how much I appreciate it.

@hippysIapper - I think you shouldn't believe everything you read. I microwave my rice every single day of my life and guess what? No food poisoning.
