Such a coward! I mean let's be honest, this "man" could not be serious, "Your honor I want my mistress/girlfriend to speak for me because they're always fighting anyway" REALLY??? That's your excuse! How that woman married him in the first place is beyond me. As for the mistress, how she got him is how she'll lose him. Doesn't matter how you act later on in the "relationship", if you knew he was married and has no issue with his behavior, then don't be surprised if he does the same to you.

@MsSooRandom I agree with this, as well. She should have made a harder attempt to get her kids and see them. She was saying that he was keeping them from her, but as the judge said, she should have been at the court house everyday. If she really wanted her kids back, she should have been diligent & tenacious in her efforts. She didn't do that, so I don't want to hear the "woe is me" whining. Also, she isn't paying child support? Her ass needs to pay up. Those kids are still her responsibility!

You're absolutely right; the same way you get him is the same way you'll lose him. She should have never married him.

I know plenty of ppl who would raise hell in the court system if their ex even TRIED to get in their of seeing their kids...Trust me..the judge should be tired of seeing u if ur fighting for your kids...straight shame!
