As of now it is.. 5 man gang finds 3man gang, 3 man gang runs and gets 6 more people, 5 man gang runs and gets 70 people and blobs them..
There is no fighting in Eve lol.. people just have to be dumb and get caught hardly ever a real fight where both fleets stay because they think they can win, one is always running
Actually it really does depend more on the ship types then numbers. A gang of t2 ships can rape T1 ships even when they are out numbered. Throw in a ECM T2 ship like a falcon and the odds improve greatly.

sry but thats naive, u cant blame a developer for this scenario.
The only way to avoid a situation like this would be instanced PvP.
As long as its an open pvp world ppl will drop shit on you whenever they can.
Especially in a game where losing a fight means losing a Ship/ISK.
better safe then sorry^^
