I have severe atopic excema and I speak for alot of people when I say in Decemeber it has the habit of going crazy. This is a really cool idea - thanks for trying to promote the awareness of this oft looked over condition.

my excema is pretty bad right now, i always had this question cuz i dont know if anyone else agrees but i find when i scratch that i actually love tearing at myself - i think i shudnt though because excema is awful and feel guilty! but the itch is so annoying! lol sorry bout the random question! lol

its because when we scratch, we overide the pain signals generated by our brain. This is why we continue scratching because it temporary blocks out the pain. Although too much scratching isn't very good.
