1. Leo said she was only his muse, and she wanted an actual long-term serious relationship, so she stopped seeing him.

2. Lena and Effie (in the book) forgave each other. Not much else was said except that Lena wasn't mad at her because the pants getting lost helped the sisterhood.

its when Bee goes to find her grandmothre and Kostos or whatever his name is gets the other girl pregnant

its important for the development of the story, besides Blake Lively already commented that her character travels to Turkey and then to find her granma, some stuff like that

from the tralier it looks like they are cutting the 2nd and 3rd but have just a little bit of it at the start coz when lena is drawimg the boy thats in the 3rd book. then most of it is showing them in greece which is towards the end of the 4th book when effie takes them.

and no there are not any more after forever in blue.

this movie is based on books 2-4, not just 2. in the 4th book, Bee does go to Turkey and they DO all go to Greece together. the movie is probably going to ruin alot for you if you haven't read past the second book.
