Since this audition process is obviously a show within an audition process, I wonder if these girls are getting paid for their parts in the show?

They should be. The entertainment union Equity should see to it that they are paid too. Why should Graham Norton get paid and the girls don't?

@XXstilletoXX their facial expressions have to be 'ott', they will be performing on a HUGE westend stage. it only looks ott cause of how close the cameras get, but they're not seriously... like jodie prenger, her faces may have appeared 'ott' but when i saw her in oliver they were anything but :D
