    i was wondering what types of stretches you do and how often to get that flexible?

  • I am naturally flexible, and I don't really do special streches, bridges and all of my moves pretty much. I make sure that before, I crack my back, and all of my splits are warmed up

  • Actually, I take that as a compliment, you really think they are good? My dad is somewhat of a carpenter, engineer, and he made them for me! :)
