agreed...but what people need to take in to account is that this is still a phenomenal performance for a late night program...I've seen alot of criticisms about his late night sets, but they're usually from comparing it to his regular sets...I've since started comparing it to other late night performances from all kinds of comedians, and Bill always has top notch sets!

What sucks about when comedians are on talk shows is that usually the jokes arent as funny cuz they arent viewed in their entire context. These jokes are funnier when you get the whole joke, not just bits and parts of each joke put together for a 5 minute segment. That said, its still funny.

BTW... the muffin joke is by far one of his best.. been waiting a couple of years for it to finally be caught on tape. He tends to pull it out every other show as his closer when most of the crowd has had a few drinks in them.
