@KatzurpOinkers Every pause makes the next pause go faster, so since I'm standing there waiting anyways, I do a bunch of them so that my pauses for the guidance data and launch protocol data later on go very fast and save a few seconds.

@kevoishere1 You can "warp" up ladders by switching weapons. Same concept as warping through half-open doors.

if you use left/right - C button and walk towards the goal you do go alot faster

@XuShoe Lol, it only takes about 15 laser headshots. No need for the stairway trick, just run right up against him like I do here, so his arms stretch past you and 90% of the time he won't hit you at all.

I'm doubting the legitimacy of this. No offense. I've played the stage before and unless you were really lucky. You'd of gotten hit at least once running out into the second room so carelessly. But otherwise nice video for show.

@dragames Lmfao, you know my best time is 1:55? This is nothing but a demonstration of the old strat…doesn’t even count for anything so there’s no incentive at all to make some fake vid. The run isn’t even that good…nothing unbelievable about it. People have done 30 seconds faster with this same strat. There is nothing careless about the 2nd room, as I knew I could afford to take a hit or two, and it's pretty easy to make it to the bridge without getting hit if you strafe well anyways.

@rmsprowler Proof that this is 00 Agent: AR33 ammo from guards is 10 bullets, not 15 (Secret Agent) or 20 (Agent). Hits from the drone gun took off 2 bars each, not 1.5 (SA) or 1 (Agent). And the most obvious: the end screens read "00 Agent".

Obviously I killed most of the guards before they could even get a shot off.

you can save seconds if, at the beginning, you dont kill them in that enclousure, you get out and kill the left guy, and the other 2 guys die because in most of the cases one of them throw a greanade and suicide.

thats a great way of killing jaws. When I did it i approached from the front, fired a few times, then retreated into a small corridor where i would use any grenades id picked up. seemed to work ok but that way is much more efficient

Impressive. On my video, I was pretty cautious and the guards are pretty damn accurate. How is your auto aim and hip fire so accurate? It's almost like you've drawn a crosshair on your telly! lol In my experience, the auto aim on 00 Agent is too unreliable and I try to go for the head, so I play without it.

Too many years of practice ;) It's only unreliable if you're not accurate enough in the first place. I only use a dot on the TV for levels with cameras, alarms, etc.

My hip fire is ok, hence me playing without auto aim. The effectiveness of AutoAimover distance decreases with difficulty. A real pain at the start of Cradle. I could be wrong as I only play 00 now. I tried the dot on the TV and it works well. Now that I play on a HD TV that I paid for, I'm a bit more hesitant to draw on my telly now! You pointed out a few things I wasn't aware of, like the drone guns. My way proved much harder than your way. My vid's on my channel. Thanks again.

try putting it on 007 mode then giving enemies 1000% health then try killing jaws with pp7 it takes like 800 shots,

It's called Dark LTK, and then it takes a laset to kill Jaws. Illu did it, if I remember right.

i haven't beaten this level yet.

your drone room doesn't mirror what i experience. when i do it, all the guards are already tensed, following wherever i go, waiting for line of sight so that they can be allowed to shoot. i get hit when sway out from behind the crates, even if i just tap it. just so that i can get a look. i've also been killed through a wall by one of those guards when i was top of the ladder.

my only idea is take mad pictures of where the guys are and laser through crates

It opens the glass door, allowing you to get the DAT and upload the guidance data.

If you get right against him, his guns actually stretch past you, so he can't hit you. There are a few animations where he backs up enough to hit you, like when he goes down on one knee (like on my run, I was lucky to not get hit), but generally this is a pretty safe strat.

Whether you use the AR33 or Laser makes no difference; I usually use the Laser because it's stronger and because you have to worry about ammo/reloading with the AR33 (on 00 Agent, anyways).

haha those common glithes are only funny after you beat the mission but while i'm playing there are times i got... mad! thats why i never tied to beat times any better than whats required cause its not always your fault when game adds or misplaces people like at the end of the train level. and i always had to kill defense minister mishkin after i'd open the safe cause he'd stand in my way to beat the cheat. XD

They fire at me when I run underneath them to upload the DAT at the end. They don't fire at me when I'm in that room in other places because I left the top glass in front of them intact, so they can't see me unless I go past that glass.

I believe it was 2:33, but that was with a different strat than this one, it involved dropping down the pit in the 2nd room and going to Jaws that way, then coming back the same way and warping up the pit, going to the big room and just running in there, like in my 1:55. My best time with that strat was 3:04. I'm honestly not sure what the WR is with this strat, I'll have to ask a couple of the older eliters. Probably closer to 3:00 I'd guess.
