Film was a promo for the BBC around the time of Smile. I think it was for Heroes and Villains but not sure.

The Beach Boys were never about drugs. Brian Wilson had a drug problem, but that was post pet sounds. I think about all he was doing was experimenting with drugs. Dennis also had some documented drug problems.
