Life truly is about being open-minded and being yourself. Here you have a really educated witty person saying fuck and chillax in a clever way. Smart educated intellectuals who doesn't shrink away from creativity and imagination and doesn't start to hate on anything new to what they grew up with (extreme conservatives) = amazing people.

So U speak is the refined language that is generally reserved for the aristocracy, while 'non-U speak' refers to everyone else (working class/middle class). You should be able to find the Wikipedia entry on it and it even lists examples of words if you wish to learn more.
