It just angers me that they have been there for 10+ years and have probably not sought citizenship. It just angers me that they have been there for 10+ years and have probably not sought citizenship. I have too many friends that are out of work because it is easier to pay an illegal and I know a few have gone to prison because they ran out of options. There are plenty of Americans living in poverty that could use work!

And paying workers will not make them attracted to it or make them work faster. It will always be hard because farmers require workers who are seasoned. Other than that, i think illegals who work at mcdonalds, resteraunts, stores, are stealing jobs because those jobs are "easy" .

You wouldn't get rights and still be illegal, you would become legal and have better opportunities. That is what the dream act and amnesty imply- they are the means by which people can have a chance at becoming legal. When my mother received amnesty in the 80's, she became a permanent resident,- she didn't become legal and stay illegal. I felt silly explaining this obvious point.
