I believe this was staged. Someone really that drunk, or having a medical emergency would not consistantly catch themselves like this without bumping their heads on the ground. Over the years I've helped a number of individuals either intoxicated or having seizures, and the head will bounce on the ground. It is a sound you will never forget. When it is real, it is truly sad... this is just someone being stupid pretending to be messed up.
