what hte hell is with the draw distance, its like 20 metres or soemthing.

It clearly says that the video was made in the MAP EDITOR, and in map editor, the draw distance doesn't matter.

EDITOR for what, and why is draw distance not important?

It is map editor for a game (Top Down City) that i am making - see the rest of my videos, and draw distance only matters ingame, and not the editor, but you can set it in editor to anything you want aniway.

Right ok but why isn't it the same?

because in map editor the draw distance doesn't matter, since it is just a tool for the game. in game the draw distance is auto calculated from the scene camera.
