I think their singing is splendid. I am deeply indebted to whoever made this available. Hearing it with my dear one many years ago is a very sweet memory. I found another version of the song with a talented soprano singing it alone, but it just wasn't the same. This duet is wonderful. Thanks so much for sharing it.

PAUL REIMERS: Tenor (14 Mar 1877-1942) - who made his first public appearance in New York in a song recital at Aeolian Hall ,showed at once that he was properly described as a "lyric tenor." His voice is agreeable but small in power and limited in its range of color and expression; and when it is forced beyond certain limits it loses something of its quality.
