  • Also, I forgot to say, you look good, people I haven't seen in years don't recognise me anymore. I can't imagine peoples' reactions to you and your 125-130lbs weight-loss, they mustn't be able to get their heads round, how it's the same person! Anyway, I'm really happy for you - you're so thin! By the sounds of it, you've stayed quite level-headed about the weight-loss, and haven't been too extreme about it! I hope you manage to keep it off - you really do look great!

  • Those tips are really good! I used similar methods to get from 280lbs to 182lbs, I started drinking diet soft drinks (they're good in the way that there's barely any calories in them, and the caffeinated ones make you feel less hungry), instead of have that oats thing you have, I had bran flakes (which are loaded with fibre), and I also used the dance mats and jogging with music for excercise! I also brushed my teeth and chewed gum after meals to avoid snacking!

  • Useful tips...but don't go too far for soda drinks even though diet ones...they're still bad for your bones. You look good too=)
