absolutely true, but I forsee a hard time convincing the prolife people because its hard for them to hear common sense talking to them when their heads are so far up their asses
I know that but in a legal dispute they can not win against the idea. If it is considered murder, then the legal definition of murder has to take place. The legal definition includes accidental murders which would be amply prescribed to miscarriages. Maybe we can't convince the hardcore, but what about the fence sitters?
Anything we can do against their numbers is a positive
Third I don't take meds. Can't afford to go to the doctors. Couldn't afford the meds anyway. Can't afford the health care. It would all probably be considered a pre-existing condition anyway.
If a baby dies of an illness are the parents charged with murder? Generally, no they are not... they would be only if there was a serious suspicion of and evidence pointing to negligence... like that time you left your crippled wife on the floor. Why would a miscarriage be different? Why do you think that everyone would begin to be tried for murder because of a miscarriage? Again, the only case that such a case would be brought by a D.A. would be if there was evidence of serious neglect.
I just read the title and liked it. lol

I think you need to go in for a lithium level, and have your meds adjusted.

First off that's unrelated.
Second... I can't get angry about something?

As things stand I'm entirely shit out of luck.

Possible negligence.
They would have to rule out the possibility that the death was preventable.
